IEYP offers events to focus on our three main pillars:
Community Bonding, Professional Development, and Civic Engagement
Through these events, IEYP cultivates a vibrant ecosystem that promotes growth, collaboration, and support amongst young professionals in the Inland Empire.
Community Bonding
IEYP fosters community bonding through networking mixers, casual gatherings where members connect, share experiences, and build relationships, as well as social outings like picnics and holiday events that promote camaraderie and a sense of belonging. As part of our commitment to giving back, we proudly participated in Feeding America’s 4th Annual Can Tree Wonderland, where our team came together to collect and donate 300 canned goods to help fight hunger. This initiative not only provided meals for those in need but also strengthened our team spirit and dedication to making a positive impact. We look forward to continuing to support our community through meaningful initiatives and events.
Professional and Business Development
Paragraph here about this event and creating social entrepreneurship event from last April, lol.
Civic Engagement
IEYP is dedicated to giving back to the community through meaningful events, volunteerism, and partnerships. We’ve hosted events in Redlands and Riverside, including a festive gathering at a pumpkin patch, a holiday meetup at the Mission Inn Festival of Lights, and a headshot event to help young professionals enhance their personal branding. Beyond these gatherings, we actively participate in volunteer opportunities, such as food drives, to make a direct impact while strengthening bonds among members. Through partnerships with local organizations, we hope collaborate to address social issues, share resources, and work toward improving the quality of life in the Inland Empire.
